McCain counters Obama's policy of Hope!

In a recent interview with the Religious Right, McCain condemned Obama's plan to increase taxes on the rich and declared, "I don't want to tax anyone!"

Does McCain have a plan to run the Government solely on borrowed money from
the Chinese or does he have a secret plan to make money out of Nuclear Waste?
(Could this be the special kind of Nuclear material that President Bush talks about?)
